Balance board training for snowboarders is a great supplement for those who want to improve just that, balance! Today we dive into what balance is, how it can benefit your snowboarding, and 4 basic exercises you can implement at home. Remember, nothing can emulate snowboarding exactly aside from snowboarding itself.
