Knee pain is one of the most common issues in cycling. It can be caused by changes in your cycling routine, like pushing too hard or too far, or by incorrectly setting up your bike, with something as simple as fitting a new pair of cleats or adjusting your saddle by a few millimetres leading to discomfort.
