How to complete a bike fit from home. Whether you're a recreational or keen amateur road cyclist, getting yourself fit to he bike could be the difference between more power, more speed, less injuries, and more comfort on the bike. It's for all those reasons, which makes the bike fitting topic a very popular one, yet unfortunately some people don't have access to good bike fitters in there area. So in this video today, expert bike fitter Neill Stanbury will provide an overview of how to fit yourself to a bike if you were to do it yourself. We start with cleat position, work our way to saddle height and saddle fore-aft, before finishing up with reach to the handlebar.
