In this Pro Tips 4U video, Jaime Nieto, Olympic high jumper shows you aspects of the high jump. If you want to learn the high jump or are looking for tips to get better this is an important video. Jamie Nieto is a high jumper who competed in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. His personal best jump is 2.34 meters (7'8"), achieved at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. He was the 2004 USA Olympic Trials Champion with a jump of 2.33 meters (7' 7.5") as well as the 2003 USA Outdoor Champion with a jump of 2.30 meters (7' 6.5").
