Goal: Learn the basics of the backhand technique

Target: Repeat until it becomes muscle memory

Challenge: This technique based challenge breaks down the backhand drive into three distinct movements. Once you feel comfortable with one motion, and can perform it at game speed, add the next movement in the series.

Once you can perform all three movements in stages, begin reducing the time between each motion until it becomes one fluid swing.

Turning a movement pattern into muscle memory may take weeks but I cannot stress how important it is to have solid fundamentals. With proper technique, power, accuracy, and consistency will come naturally.
