3 dodge moves that are not super hard but all of the top players use these to get the highest percentage of scoring a goal.

Today all of the offensive lacrosse players are going to be really excited. What I see a lot in younger players and even high school players don't really set the defender up. You really want to manipulate the defender in a way that's going to give you the highest percentage chance to score.

These 3 dodge moves are not super hard but all the top players use them.

Here are the 3 drills:

1. Stutter Step - Basically this is just changing direction getting your defender to bite so that You're putting him away from where you want to go so you can get a high percentage shot.

2. Head or Stick Fake - With a simple flick of your head or your hands you can move the defender out of your way to give yourself a clear path to the goal.

3. Alley Roll Back - You're getting the defender to over commit so that you can take the middle of the field.
