Even some more experienced pool players can get these things wrong and it's important to correct these bad habits in your game before trying to grasp some of the more complex elements. The shots are carried out on a 7ft Supreme Winner UK 8 ball table, but the principles behind these tips are just the same for all forms of Pool & Snooker.
